Description

British Born Dark Artist Sam Shearon A.K.A “Mister Sam” has brought another groundbreaking, yet macabre new Graphic series called “Clockwork Zombie” to the LTD family. A graduate from Leeds of London, Mister Sam specializes in imagery of “Dark Art”. The British press has described his work as grotesque, gruesome, and surreal. These guitars may have a dark and sinister look, but play and sound like the well known instruments that The ESP Guitar Company is famous for. These are a limited series sure to be enjoyed by the collector, and the avid player.

EMG 60
The 60 humbucker packs plenty of output with a balance of thick, boosted mids, big lows and singing highs. Featuring close aperture coils, similar to a mini-humbucker, this model produces rich harmonic overtones with plenty of sustain. Due to its ceramic magnets, the EMG 60 has a full treble response and loads of output great for distinct single-note solos. The 60 provides clarity and character to your guitar and works very well in the neck position. Like all EMG active guitar and bass pickups, the 60 installs without the use of a soldering iron, making it easy to do at home.

EMG 85
The 85 is one of EMGs first pickups and is the slightly more sophisticated and well rounded half of its famous brother, the 81. Featuring close aperture coils loaded with Alnico V magnets, the 85 is a powerful guitar pickup with exceptional tone and versatility. The Alnico magnets of this model provide a muscular growl and smooth lead tones enabling you to play everything from the blues to the most extreme metal. Although often used in the neck position, make no mistake, the EMG 85 sounds great as a bridge humbucker thanks to its exceptional smoothness and soul. This pickup pairs well with just about every other EMG humbucker.
