Schecter Solo-6 Spitfire is part of Schecter’s Aviation Collection from 2011. Spitfire was one of the best fighter plains of the WWII. Made and developed by RAF, it remained in service until early 1960s and had one of the most recognizable silhouettes. Some fifty years after it was retired from the service, Spitfire gets it`s first dedication from Schecter Guitars. Solo 6 model is taken as basis and it`s equipped with Spitfire visual theme. It includes the custom graphic on the body, distressed bronze hardware and custom set of fingerboard inlays. Solid and single-cut body is made of mahogany and it`s paired with a mahogany neck. Lone tune-o-matic bridge is fronted by a pair of active humbuckers EMG 81/85 with distressed bronze covers. Mahogany neck is set in and features ultra access cutaway. it is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
