SUSTAINIAC
The Sustainiac Infinite Sustain System has become an integral part of many Schecter 6 and 7 string models. This pickup will add unique effects and inspire creativity to push sonic boundaries. Many Schecter artists have incorporated the Sustainiac into their studio and live set-ups, including Kenny Hickey, who’s heavy Sustainiac laden drone were a huge part of the Type-O Negative sound, Robin Finck (Nine Inch Nails), Richard Patrick (Filter) and Pete Dee (The Adicts).

Schecter Pickups
Schecter produces both time-honored replicas and contemporary single coils and humbucker pickups. All pickups from A for “Apocalypse” to Z for “Z Plus” are produced in the USA. From vintage to ultra-hot sounds, from six to eight strings, Schecter has the right pickup for everyone.

Floyd Rose® Vibrato
The Floyd Rose® vibrato system, developed by Floyd D. Rose in the 1970s, is a widely used, advanced system for electric guitars. Thanks to its double locking system, the guitar remains in tune, even during extreme bends and dives. This flexibility, including pull-up and dive bomb, makes it particularly popular with rock and metal guitarists. Fine adjustment is carried out precisely using micro adjustment screws, some models also offer fine tuning screws on the string riders for precise control of the tuning.

Set-Neck
A “set-neck” (glued-in) neck is a design that is characterized by its tonal and playing properties. In contrast to neck-body connections, where the neck is screwed, the set-neck neck is firmly glued to the guitar body. The fixed neck connection eliminates the need for screws and additional connection mechanisms, resulting in a more direct transmission of string vibrations to the body. The result is a powerful, resonant sound with longer sustain.

Ebony Fretboard
An ebony fretboard is characterized by a clear and precise tone quality. The dense structure of the wood allows the string vibrations to be efficiently transferred to the body, resulting in a balanced sound spectrum with clear highs and well-defined mids.

Quilted Maple Top
Quilted Maple wood is characterized by its striking pattern of wavy or “quilted” features, giving the instrument a unique and luxurious look. This type of wood is often chosen for its natural beauty and exclusivity. Aside from the visual appeal, the Quilted Maple blanket also offers tonal benefits. The wood often has a bright and clear tonal quality, which particularly emphasizes the overtones.
