Description

Guitars in the LTD 1000 Series are designed to offer the tone, feel, looks and quality that working professional musicians require in an instrument. The LTD Deluxe M-1000 is now available with an alder body and a burled poplar top in Purple Natural Burst finish. Like many M Series models, the updated M-1000 is a shredder’s dream come true. It’s a neck-thru-body design with an extra-thin U-shaped 3-piece maple neck and Macassar ebony fingerboard. For a little extra speed and comfort, it has a natural satin finish on the back of the neck. The M-1000 includes an EMG 57TW/66TW pickup set with push-pull controls on both volume and tone to split each pickup discretely. It also includes Grover tuners and a Floyd Rose 1000SE tremolo with stainless steel screws for excellent stability and longterm reliability.

EMG 66TW
The 66 model finger board pickup features its popular humbucker design while the single coil selection gives the player brilliant fluidness. The 66 is a truly hybrid in design using both ceramic and alnico magnets. By utilizing both magnet types the tone from the single coil position is clear and powerful. This being the extension of the popular 57/66 Set, EMG has taken this set to a whole other level. The 57/66 TW Set includes EMG’s solderless wiring harness with a push pull potentiometer for each pickup along with two standard tone controls to fit any configuration.

EMG 57TW
The 57 bridge pickup uses a combination of alnico and steel making it a true rocker in both single and dual coil positions. The single coil selection is smooth and seamless. The high resonance of the pickup carries the tone with unequivocal clarity. This being the extension of the popular 57/66 Set, EMG has taken this set to a whole other level. The 57/66 TW Set includes EMG’s solderless wiring harness with a push pull potentiometer for each pickup along with two standard tone controls to fit any configuration
