The LTD H3-1000FR Metallic Silver is part of the LTD 1000 series. With the LTD H3-1000FR Metallic Silver, you get the bold curves of the ESP Horizon-3, a unique and original look with an extended and beveled upper horn and a shortened lower horn that offers excellent high-fret accessibility. This guitar offers set-thru construction at 25.5” scale, pairing a mahogany body to a three-piece, extra-thin maple neck that has a compound radius for maximum speed and comfort. White body, neck, and headstock binding adds a great-looking contrasting aesthetic. The H3-1000’s Macassar ebony fingerboard features offset white pearloid block inlays and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets. Its components include a Floyd Rose 1000 SE double-locking tremolo with stainless steel screws, and precise Grover tuners. The direct-mounted pickup set on the H3-1000FR is truly special. Its bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan Custom 14, a new pickup made exclusively for ESP that offers high output and extraordinary tonal balance with mind-blowing articulation and clarity, and is splittable with a push-pull control on the tone knob. The Custom 14 is paired with a cosmetically-matching Seymour Duncan APH-1 Alnico II Pro humbucker in the neck position, a legendary pickup that offers a warm tone that is smooth and full, with tons of natural sustain.
