Description
For more than 15 years, lead guitarist Phil Demmel contributed his hard-hitting, lightning-fast licks to thrash-and-groove metal outfit Machine Head. As Demmel forges ahead to his next chapter, he’ll be well-armed with the all-new Pro Series Signature Demmelition Fury PD — an affordable no-holds-barred metal axe that can hang with everything Demmel throws its way.
The fearsome Pro Fury PD is loaded with fine features including a mahogany offset body, through-body maple neck with graphite reinforcement and scarf joint, and a 12″-16″ compound radius bound laurel fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and pearloid piranha tooth inlays.
Looking for soul-crushing sound? EMG® 81 and 60 humbucking pickups provide a detailed intensity of thick mids and big lows with soaring high ends. The 81 bridge pickup cuts through the densest leads, while the 60 neck pickup provides your heaviest playing with harmonic clarity.
This axe is also equipped with dual volume knobs, three-way toggle switch, Floyd Rose® Special double-locking bridge system, Dunlop® dual-locking strap buttons and Jackson pointed 6-in-line headstock.
Ready for mayhem, the Pro Fury PD is available in a mesmerizing Red Tide Fade finish.
FLOYD ROSE® SPECIAL DOUBLE-LOCKING TREMOLO (RECESSED)
Recessed for picking-hand comfort, the Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo features zinc alloy saddles and a zinc alloy sustain block. The double-locking design allows you to lock your guitar in tune at the nut and at the bridge, resulting in excellent tuning stability and sustain throughout your most aggressive pull-ups and dive bombs.
EMG 60
The 60 humbucker packs plenty of output with a balance of thick, boosted mids, big lows and singing highs. Featuring close aperture coils, similar to a mini-humbucker, this model produces rich harmonic overtones with plenty of sustain. Due to its ceramic magnets, the EMG 60 has a full treble response and loads of output great for distinct single-note solos. The 60 provides clarity and character to your guitar and works very well in the neck position. Like all EMG active guitar and bass pickups, the 60 installs without the use of a soldering iron, making it easy to do at home.
EMG 81
One of the most popular EMG’s, the 81 is the one that started a revolution. Utilizing powerful ceramic magnets and close aperture coils, the tone was designed with detailed intensity, incredible amounts of high end cut, and fluid sustain. Traditionally used in the bridge position of your guitar, this humbucking pickup will make your leads slice right through even the densest mix. When used in both neck and bridge positions the sound can only be described as blistering. Other recommended pairings include the classic 81/85 setup and the versatile 81/60 combo.

Ever since then, Jackson guitars have been universally lauded as the metal guitars; the shred machines—highly original high-performance instruments of distinctive style and formidable substance. www.jacksonguitars.com
