Description

The ESP GUS G. RS NT-II FM electric guitar is Gus G.’s (Firewind, Ozzy) signature ESP guitars. The ESP GUS G. RS NT-II FM has a 25.5″ scale with set-through construction. It features a alder body, maple neck, and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. This stallion is loaded with Seymour Duncan Distortion/’59 pickups and is reined with a single volume control, a 3-way toggle switch and a coil-split mini switch. Hardware on the shredders dream is black including Sperzel locking tuners, and a TOM bridge and tailpiece.

SEYMOUR DUNCAN ’59 (SH-1N)
The ’59 Model neck pickup is one of our most popular pickups because it’s so versatile. It’s designed in the spirit of the original P.A.F. humbuckers of the 1950s, with sweet sustain, full-sounding chords, clear and bright attack, but we’ve made a few refinements to slightly modernize the design and make it more adaptable to different styles. The ’59 has a full low end which is great for adding character to your clean sounds and sustain to your leads. The high end is slightly boosted for improved pick-attack clarity and the mids are a little scooped for an open, smooth sound that’s great for preserving the clarity of the individual notes in a chord. Play softly and the mids and highs seem to fade back, but pick hard and the note will be confident and clear. There isn’t a genre that the ’59 can’t work within.

SEYMOUR DUNCAN DISTORTION (SH-6B)
Launched in 1980, the Duncan Distortion is our original high output humbucker. We use a massive ceramic magnet and hot coil windings to deliver full-bodied rock and metal tones with powerful upper mids for extra cut and grind. It’s great for hard-hitting, crunchy rhythms, and the lead tones scream with wild harmonics. It also remains tight with low tunings. The matching Duncan Distortion neck pickup is the perfect partner for complementary lead and rhythm tones, or pair it with a Jazz neck model for a wider range of sounds.
