Description

If you’ve been wanting a premium edition of ESP’s famous asymmetrical double-cut Viper shape, the E-II Viper is here. Built in Japan, it includes a number of features that put it high above the rest, like set-thru construction with its mahogany body and neck, and components like its bone nut, Schaller Straplocks, Gotoh locking tuners, and Gotoh TOM bridge and tailpiece. Available in both Black and Urban Camo finishes, the E-II Viper also includes an EMG 66TW/57TW pickup set with separate push-pull controls on each control knob for coil splitting each pickup individually. Includes ESP hardshell case.

EMG 57TW
The 57 bridge pickup uses a combination of alnico and steel making it a true rocker in both single and dual coil positions. The single coil selection is smooth and seamless. The high resonance of the pickup carries the tone with unequivocal clarity. This being the extension of the popular 57/66 Set, EMG has taken this set to a whole other level.

EMG 66TW
The 66 model finger board pickup features its popular humbucker design while the single coil selection gives the player brilliant fluidness. The 66 is a truly hybrid in design using both ceramic and alnico magnets. By utilizing both magnet types the tone from the single coil position is clear and powerful.
