Description

As one of the best-looking, best-sounding, and highest quality single cutaway guitars ever made, the E-II Eclipse is made in Japan at the ESP factory, and designed for serious players who rely on their guitars for professional-caliber stage and studio work. This guitar offers a collection of top-tier components, like a bone nut, Schaller Straplocks, Gotoh locking tuners, and a Gotoh TOM bridge and tailpiece. Perhaps most impressive is its set of EMG 57TW/66TW set for coil splitting each active pickup with individual push-pull controls on both volume knobs. Built with set-thru construction on a mahogany body and mahogany neck, the latest version of the E-II Eclipse is available in three styles: a Buckeye burl maple top in Blue Natural Fade finish; a flamed maple top in Black Natural Burst; and a maple-capped Snow White Satin finish. All E-II Eclipse models offer high-end design features like multi-binding on the body, neck, and matching headstock, and include an ESP hardshell case.

EMG 66
The EMG 66 is the result of pickup design innovation inspired by the specific needs and requests of today’s guitar players. Alnico V magnets provide a warm, smooth mid-range and expansive lows while the ceramic pole pieces balance out the clarity in the upper register. Designed and voiced as a neck pickup.

EMG 57
A true original, the 57 is a bridge humbucker pickup designed for today’s guitar player regardless of style or genre. The unique combination of Alnico V magnets and steel pole pieces evoke an unmistakably PAF quality in its tone, yet the active attributes provide the headroom and punch necessary to deliver unparalleled definition and presence. Designed and voiced specifically for the bridge position in your electric guitar.
